DEVELOPMENT

When the design tech pack is ready we begin the development of the product with our factory and development team overseas. The first step is the materials and construction. We prepare the materials to your specifications and the construction of the garment to meet your sizing requirements. The second step is preparing the color lab dip samples for your approval. Next we prepare a digital print prototype of your garment for graphic positioning.

Once these steps are approved by you we will move to final pre-production sampling, fit samples and packaging approval. Only after we have met all your requirements and received your final approval will we move forward with production.
